A2: It is ideal for processing PVC powder, providing gentle shear, excellent mixing, and effectively preventing degradation of the heat-sensitive PVC material.

Q3: How is the marble vein pattern created?

A3: There are two mainstream technologies:

Surface Lamination Process: The line first extrudes a solid-colored PVC substrate, then laminates a printed PVC film with marble patterns onto the sheet surface. This method offers high pattern stability and a wide variety of designs.

Q4: What are common surface defects and their causes?

A4: Scratches: Caused by burrs or debris on rollers or calibration plates.

Wavy Surface: Due to uneven die flow, insufficient cooling, or unstable pulling.

Bubbles/Pores: Caused by moist raw materials or excessive processing temperature.

(For laminated sheets) Wrinkling/Delamination: Incorrect film tension control or adhesive issues.

A5: Main reasons include: uneven flow from the die lip, insufficient or unstable vacuum in the calibrator, and unstable temperature control.

A6: Startup: Thoroughly preheat the extruder and die. Purge with cleaning compound before starting production. Begin slowly.

Shutdown: Purge the machine with cleaning compound. Thoroughly clean the die while it is still hot.
